For all orders till 1 kg you pay € 10,50 shipping (Excl. VAT). Orders with an order value above € 500,00 (Excl. VAT) will be shipped free of charge. 

The shipping costs are excluding VAT, packing and handling and including postage.

Delivery times

Vescoil International BV attempts to send your order within 1 - 2 working days, depending on our stock and which payment method you choose.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually shipped within 2 - 10 working days.

There are no shipments on Friday's after 12:00 am, Saturday - Sunday and below mentioned Public holidays.

For our shipments till 20kg we use the following transport companies; DPD, UPS, DHL and Post.nl

Order pick up

It is possible to pick up your order in Capelle a/d IJssel. Once your order is ready, we will call or mail you for an appointment.

Return of goods

After the purchase date, you have 30 days to indicate that you wish to return the purchase, this period begins after you have received the final article, unless the goods are undamaged and still in original condition. From the moment that you have indicated the intention to return an item it must be returned within 14 days. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the returned products. You will be refunded within 10 working days. Apply to return a copy of the invoice together with your address and bank details. The shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Customer needs to take care of the return. Shipping costs are for the account of customer.

Exluded for return

- Products that have already been mounted;
- Products that have not been purchased through our website;
- Producs with signs of use or damaged products.

WARRANTY:
All our products come with 2 year warranty.
 
All Bank expenses in the buyer's country and corresponding bank's expenses are paid by the buyer.  The buyer is responsible for clearing the cargo through customs.  The order is calculated based on product, transport and packing costs and excluding Custom Clearance Costs.
